Ken Schroth is not your typical consultant. With a career spanning nearly four decades, Ken has spent his life in the trenches of human experience. He brings a unique blend of pastoral compassion and "real-world" grit to every session.

• 37 Years of Pastoral Leadership: Ken has spent over three decades guiding individuals and families through life’s highest peaks and lowest valleys.

• 18 Years in Recovery Ministry: A specialist in the journey of sobriety, Ken understands the complexities of addiction and the delicate process of rebuilding a life from the ground up.

• A Lifetime of Practical Training: While Ken operates as a consultant rather than a clinical therapist, his "degree" was earned through 37 years of intensive ministry training, crisis intervention, and thousands of hours of one-on-one mentorship.
